Rich Heller is the plaintiff in the landmark 2nd Amendment Case Heller versus District of Columbia. The Supreme Court decision ended the controversy over whether the right to keep and bear arms was an individual right or a “collective” one. The court affirmed that indeed we each have an individual right to keep and bear arms, striking down onerous regulations preventing law-abiding citizens from owning firearms.

(St. Louis) – September 13, 2011 – This morning at 3:30AM, Ed Martin pulled into the parking lot at McArthur’s Bakery in South County on Lemay Ferry Road.  As soon as Ed walked through the door, Randy McArthur was in the kitchen ready to put Ed to work and show him the affect big government has on his cost of doing business.  Randy McArthur and his brother David were early opponents of the “Cap and Trade” agenda as energy costs are a big part of their budget.

“The way Ed campaigns is a precursor to how he will spend his time in office.  While some candidates and elected officials spend their time with “country club” folks and party insiders, Ed is readily accessible to voters and is now working with them side by side to better understand what they are going through,” said Rush James, Communications Director for Martin.   

“When they come, call” has been a common theme for Ed’s Campaign as he intends to be a barrier between government bureaucrats and local small businesses.  Ed is currently in route to his the second shift of the day at McArthur’s Bakery in Chesterfield located at 13700 Olive Boulevard.  Ed will be available to the press at 1PM following his shift at the Chesterfield McArthur’s.
