(ST. LOUIS, MO.) June 15, 2010 –“Americans are fed up with what is going on. First, we had a “car czar” and we lost our Fenton Chrysler jobs to Mexico. We have had bailouts and takeovers of banks with not enough accountability. We had a so-called “stimulus” that funneled money to special interests including $90 million claimed by Congressman Carnahan’s brother for his privately-owned windmill farm. We even heard Congressman Carnahan propose an “international wildlife conservation” czar to protect foreign animals. Tonight, we heard the President talk of an “oil czar” to supervise the mess in the Gulf. Americans have had enough of the czars, bailouts, payouts to family members, and plans to takeover and change American life. Enough is enough,” said congressional candidate Ed Martin.
